When you place an order on our website, you have 15 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or a refund.

Changes

​

Changes in size and/or product will be free of charge .

• For home exchanges, we will schedule a pickup at the address provided by the customer at a time that is convenient for them. Once we receive the package, we will process the exchange and ship the new product or size. This process is quick and easy, usually taking a maximum of 3 business days. Exchanges can also be made at our physical store in Barcelona.




• For in-store exchanges, please come to C/ Marià Cubí, 78 in Barcelona, ​​and we will personally arrange the exchange.

Returns

• In- store returns will be free .




• Returns with home pickup will have a cost of €7.00, and the refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 days from receipt of the item. Custom-made or hand-painted garments cannot be returned.

Conditions for product and/or size changes and returns

​

Unë Concept cannot accept returns or exchanges for used or damaged garments (as long as it is not due to a defect or manufacturing flaw). Customized garments and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refunds

​

Once the product(s) have been received, Unë Concept will verify their good condition and, if an exchange has been requested, will proceed to send the required size or, if a return has been requested, will refund the amount using the same payment method used in the purchase. Once the condition of the returned products has been verified, the customer will be informed via email. The refund will be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the time Unë Concept has been informed of the decision to withdraw. However, Unë Concept may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the customer has presented proof of their return, whichever condition is met first.
