Orders shipped outside the European Union, especially to the United States (US) and the United Kingdom (UK), may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees once they reach the destination country.

Please note that these charges are set exclusively by local customs authorities and are completely outside UNE CONCEPT's control.

At checkout, shipping costs only cover transport and do not include customs duties or import taxes. Once your order reaches the destination country, the courier may contact you directly by email with the final amount to pay and instructions.

If you believe the amount charged is incorrect, we recommend contacting the courier directly so they can review and verify the charges.

Customs fees are non-refundable. If these charges are not paid, the courier may mark the parcel as abandoned and, unfortunately, we will not be able to recover it or refund the shipping.
