Exchanges and returns

Exchanges

Size and/or product exchanges are free of charge.

• For home exchanges, we will arrange a pickup at the address provided by the customer at a convenient time slot. Once we receive the parcel, we will process the exchange and ship the new product or size. The process is quick and simple and usually takes a maximum of 3 business days in total. Exchanges can also be made in our physical store in Barcelona.

• For in-store exchanges, visit us at C/ Marià Cubí, 17 in Barcelona and we will handle the exchange in person.

Returns

Request a withdrawal

• Returns in store are free of charge.

• Returns with home pickup cost €7.00 in Spain, €9.00 for the rest of Europe and €13 outside Europe; the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the garment. Made-to-measure, made-to-order and hand-painted garments cannot be returned.

Conditions for exchanges and returns

Unë Concept cannot accept exchanges or returns of worn or damaged garments (unless due to a flaw and/or a quality or manufacturing defect). Personalised garments and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refunds

Once the product(s) are received, Unë Concept will check their condition and, if an exchange was requested, will send the requested size or, if a return was requested, will refund the amount using the same payment method used for the purchase. Once the condition of the returned products has been verified, the customer will be informed by email. The refund will be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date Unë Concept is informed of the decision to withdraw. However, Unë Concept may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the customer has provided proof of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.
