Orders shipped outside the European Union, including especially the United States (US) and the United Kingdom (UK), may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees once they arrive in the destination country.
Please note that these charges are determined exclusively by local customs authorities and are completely outside UNE CONCEPT’s control.
During checkout, shipping costs only include the transport fee and do not include customs duties or import taxes. Once your order arrives in the destination country, the courier may contact you directly by email with the final amount to be paid and the corresponding instructions.
If you believe the amount charged is incorrect, we recommend contacting the courier directly so they can review and verify the charges applied.

Customs fees are non-refundable. If these charges are not paid, the parcel may be marked as abandoned by the courier and, unfortunately, we will not be able to recover it or issue a refund for the shipping cost.
