Payment methods
Unë Concept accepts payments by credit/debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and bank transfer or bizzum previously requested by email or phone +34 689 415 014.
Unë Concept accepts payment for purchases made through the Website with the following credit or debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard.
In the event that the payment method chosen by the customer is a credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, i.e. in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified that the data provided are correct.
Payment security
To guarantee security to our customers, Unë Concept uses secure payment systems of leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. In this sense, the confidential data of the payment are transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial entity.
Payment and currency
Prices on www.uneconcept.com are shown in €. The customer can buy from the country of his choice. If during the checkout procedure the customer changes the delivery address and the country of destination is changed, the prices and availability of items shown in the final order summary will be updated.
Invoicing
The customer consents to us storing his data in order to process the corresponding invoices for the company. If the customer wishes to request his invoice, he can do so by sending an email to info@uneconcept.com with the subject: request invoice, and he must also add his ID or NIF/NIE number.
Shipping and returns
We store all our stock with love and care to be shipped and prepared in the shortest possible time.
SPAIN: Delivery time: 1/2 working days. FREE.
ANDORRA: Delivery time: 3/4 working days. From 3,99€.

Exchanges
Size and/or product exchanges will be free of charge.
- For home exchanges, we will schedule a pick-up at the address provided by the customer in a time frame that is convenient for him/her. Once we receive the package, we will proceed to the exchange and shipment of the new product or size. This process is quick and easy and usually takes a maximum of 3 working days. Exchanges can also be made in our physical shop in Barcelona.
- For in-store exchanges, you can come to C/ Marià Cubí, 78 in Barcelona and we will personally manage the exchange.
Returns
- Returns in shop will be free of charge.
- Returns with home collection will have a cost of 7,00 €, and the refund will take a maximum of 15 days from receipt of the garment. Custom-made or hand-painted garments cannot be returned.
Conditions for product and/or size exchanges and returns
Unë Concept cannot accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged garments (as long as it is not a defect of quality or manufacture). Personalised garments and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
Refunds
Once received the product(s), Unë Concept will verify its good condition and, if an exchange has been requested, will proceed to send the required size or, if a return has been requested, will proceed to refund the amount in the same payment method used in the purchase. Once the condition of the returned products has been verified, the customer will be informed by e-mail. The refund will be made within fourteen (14) calendar days after Unë Concept has been informed of the decision to withdraw. However, Carmen Says may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the customer has provided proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.
